Welcome to Teen Patti Rummy (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.


1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • Only individuals aged 18 years or older may register and use the Platform.
  • Any attempt by minors to register is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2. Geographical Restrictions

  • Access to real-money games is prohibited for users residing in the following Indian states: Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and any other state where skill‑gaming is restricted.
  • Users found in restricted territories via IP geolocation or user-provided data will be blocked and their accounts may be deleted without notice.
  • Free-to-play versions may remain accessible in these restricted areas.

3. Game Type & Legal Nature

  • Teen Patti Rummy is a game of skill, not gambling, consistent with Supreme Court rulings on skill games (e.g., rummy).
  • The Platform does not offer games of chance, lottery, or wagering-based games.

4. Account Registration & KYC

  • Registration requires valid personal details (name, date of birth, email, phone, PAN/Aadhaar).
  • We perform KYC verification using Aadhaar or other accepted documents, in compliance with TN Online Gaming Regulations 2025.

5. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Comply with all game rules, as published on the Platform.
  • Refrain from cheating, collusion, misuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity.

6. Purchases, Deposits & Payments

  • Deposit and withdrawal facilities are provided via partner payment gateways.
  • All amounts are processed securely in INR.
  • Transaction fees, service charges, and GST (including 28% GST on entries and 30% TDS on winnings) will be disclosed at the time of transaction.
  • Prizes and deposits follow the Platform’s Withdrawal Policy.

7. Playtime & Deposit Limits

  • In accordance with TN regulations, players can set daily, weekly, monthly limits on gameplay and deposits.
  • The Platform will issue pop-up reminders after 1 hour of continuous play and every 30 minutes thereafter.
  • Access to games is blocked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM in TN and other regulated jurisdictions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content, branding, software, and graphics are the sole property of bsescan.shop or its licensors.
  • Users may not use these assets for commercial purposes.
  • Any user-generated content may be used by the Platform; users are responsible for legality and compliance.

9. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

  • Any attempt to cheat or manipulate outcomes may lead to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action.
  • We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities and collaborate with authorities where required.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Except for valid withdrawal of cash balance, our maximum liability is ₹2,000 total, regardless of cause.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of Terms, fraudulent behavior, or violation of legal requirements.
  • Balances may be forfeited without notice if termination is due to violation.

12. Third‑Party Services

  • The Platform may include links to external sites (payment processors, KYC services).
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions, content, or privacy practices.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

  • User data is processed per our Privacy Policy, including collection of personal, financial, and usage data.
  • We employ appropriate security measures but encourage you to maintain strong passwords and secure devices.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will first be resolved via negotiation, then binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, held in [City], India

17. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective .
  • Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights.

18. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the full agreement between you and the Platform.
